Mark Bullock

Mark Bullock is the co-owner, co-founder, and qualifying broker of the Carter Mark Realty Group. His real estate experience spans over three decades. Mark’s vast expertise includes property management, acquisitions, renovations, and sales of residential, commercial, and multifamily assets.

During Mark’s career, he has held numerous prominent positions, such as the top sales revenue producer at one of the largest firms in the country. Mark was also the past President, founder, and owner of his property management company. Bullock and his team successfully managed a portfolio of single-family, multifamily, and small commercial assets in metro Atlanta.

In the 2008 financial crisis, Mark formed a new division in his company. This area focused on helping local banks with commercial REO portfolios to stabilize and eventually sell off to the market.

Mark has owned and operated a range of real estate investments throughout his career. He takes a practical approach to real estate and believes every deal must be a win-win for clients and partners to have a healthy, professional relationship.

In Mark’s free time, he enjoys the company of his wife, Lon, and their black lab, Gauge. Mark, Lon, and Gauge recently relocated to Mark’s childhood neighborhood in the Northlake area. He has extensive knowledge of this neighborhood and surrounding areas. This expertise comes from having renovated several homes in the Northlake area over the years.

Mr. Bullock is an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking, paddle boarding, water skiing, and snow skiing. He believes he’s been fortunate to be on Lake Lanier his entire life. Mark attributes his success to his parents. He’s grateful for their support which enabled him to grow professionally in real estate.

Mark is a proud alumnus of Gwinnett Technical College. He’s also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and a certified REO Specialist. Furthermore, Mark has completed extensive hours of continuing education and real estate training.

Lance Carter

Lance has been involved in property management & sales with a management company since 2004. Prior to that, he worked for a large world-renowned delivery company in operations for 15 years, gaining crucial experience. As of 2022, he owns and operates Carter Mark Realty Group along with his long-time business partner and friend. He earned a BBA degree with a minor in Economics from LaGrange College. He further studied Project Management in a Master of Science program at Georgia State University.

His passion turned to real estate in 2004. He initially obtained his appraiser license and then his sales license in 2005. In 2009, he became a licensed Associate Broker. He has worked directly in all areas of management and sales. He was directly involved in millions in sales and the management of over 400 properties. He also managed HOA communities and small commercial. He works hard to understand every aspect of the real estate business to better serve his clients, himself, and customers.

Lance has spent many years dedicating himself to education, work, real estate, and family. He focuses his energy to be successful in every way possible and will do the same for you.
